Product Description
AERO-THERM insulation combines modern thermal insulators to achieve maximum thermal insulation properties in an extremely thin layer. It brings new solutions to building and construction insulation problems.

Physical features and benefits:
High thermal insulation efficiency in a fraction of the thickness of other thermal insulation materials.
Long life, minimal maintenance, easy reparability, surface structures are protected from moisture condensation.
Easy and fast application, zero waste, high efficiency work in the application of thermal insulation by spraying, applications directly to the surface without need for scaffolding.
Non-flammable, environmentally-friendly and hygienic. Application and drying will not release any chemical substances and odour material.
AERO-THERM can be applied to any shape and material. Low cost, long life, minimal maintenance, easily repaired.

Housing:
New buildings and renovations. Thermal insulation of walls, ceilings, floors, insulation in conjunction with underfloor heating, humid walls that freeze during winter, removal of the causes of mould, attic insulation and removal of heat in the summer months.
Public buildings:
Office buildings, shopping centers, cultural and congress buildings, hotel and restaurant equipment, schools, hospitals and nursing homes, spas, sports halls, etc. Improving air quality indoors.

Technological equipment:
The product can be applied without the use of scaffolding, highly efficient in a thin layer maximising available space. Thermal insulation efficiency: from -40˚C to +150˚C. Can be applied directly on the surface of the equipment.
Passenger and freight transport:
Thermal insulation of the interiors of vehicles, buses including frosty bus floors, railway vehicles, reduces energy consumption and increases efficiency in air conditioning, heating and freezing appliances, preventing the transmission of heat from the engine into the vehicle’s interior.
Removal and prevention of mould. Reduction of thermal bridges, removal of condensation from humidity on cold walls in rooms with increased humidity.
Application of AERO-THERMO eliminates the conditions in which fungi occur.
Places where you cannot apply AERO-THERM:
On walls with rising salty humidity it will not be possible to guarantee the efficiency and life of AERO-THERM. Salty water can make AERO-THERM fall from walls.
AERO-THERM and water:
In places where there is direct contact with water, it is necessary to protect the thermal insulation. E.g. hot water, it is necessary to protect AERO-THERM with a polymer-based waterproof coat such as Multigum from the company Bitum UK Ltd. The product is referred to as Multigum in the Spaniel SYSTEM.
